Mick Martin
Owner & Director
With over 20 years in the building industry, Mick is the backbone of the business. Starting out as a carpenter, he worked his way up through the trade to become an Unlimited Registered Builder, a qualification he’s proudly held for the past 15 years. Mick is hands-on with every project, overseeing daily operations on-site and ensuring each job is delivered to the highest standard. His extensive experience, strong local knowledge, and commitment to honest, quality building are at the core of everything we do.
Casey Martin
Administration & Client Support
Casey is your first point of contact and the person behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly. She looks after all enquiries, client communication, accounts, and general administration. Casey ensures you’re well-informed and supported throughout your building journey, with a strong focus on organisation, responsiveness, and friendly service.
Alex Guy
Site Supervisor
Alex brings structure and coordination to our on-site operations. As our site supervisor, he works closely with Mick to manage daily site activity, trades, and materials. With a strong eye for detail and a calm, practical approach, Alex ensures each stage of the build runs efficiently and meets our quality standards. He’s also a friendly and reliable face on-site, helping to maintain clear communication between the team and our clients.
Our Carpenters
The Future of Our Trade
We currently have a Qualified Leading Hand Carpenter Cooper and 3 apprentice carpenters, each at different stages of their apprenticeship. Unlike many builders who rely on subcontractors, we employ all our carpenters full-time. This allows us to maintain consistency and quality across all our projects and gives our apprentices the opportunity to grow and learn in a stable, supportive environment. Under Mick’s guidance, they are developing into skilled tradespeople who share our values of pride in workmanship, honesty, and reliability
